Ms. Joy has a strong background in mathematics, science, and environmental policy. Her specific experience includes cost-benefit analysis, policy analysis, mathematical modeling, and data analysis. At Omni Environmental she has collected samples, worked on data analysis, database management and design and provided support in WASP 7.1 for the nutrient TMDLs in the non-tidal Passaic River watershed and the Raritan Watershed. She has prepared environmental assessments and provided support in ARCGIS.
