Cosgrove, Jr. is a founding principal of Omni Environmental LLC and a recognized expert in the fields of water quality modeling; wastewater, watershed, and stormwater management; and litigation support. He has 25 years of experience as an environmental engineer and consultant. Mr. Cosgrove's expertise in NPDES permit support, stormwater analysis, water quality studies, and watershed management, have led to a reputation of excellence in working with regulators, providing expert testimony and developing innovative, effective and cost-effective solutions. Bradley is Omni's Wastewater Practice Director and has 30 years of wastewater engineering experience encompassing all sizes and types of wastewater treatment plants and issues. Mr. Bradley joined Omni in 2007 after a 26-year career with Metcalf & Eddy. His expertise includes facility planning, evaluations, design, permitting, construction management, start-up, operations assistance, training, and process troubleshooting in areas ranging from wastewater collection, treatment and reuse to water storage and distribution. Mr. Bradley is a registered professional engineer in the states of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Lance R. MillerEnergy Practice DirectorLance R. Miller is Omni's Energy Practice Director, joining the company in 2010 after a decades-long career in the public sector. Mr. Miller has 35 years of governmental experience working at the state, regional and federal level in water, site remediation, permitting and energy. He has been involved in cutting edge issues including negotiating the Industrial Site Recovery Act, developing the Department of Environmental Protection's Site Remediation and Watershed Management programs, implementing New Jersey's Clean Energy Program and leading the effort to prepare the state's Energy Master Plan.
